Pureform Privacy Policy

Pureform considers your privacy to be most important. The following covers the Pureform Privacy Policy. 

Overview

• This Privacy Policy covers Pureform's treatment of personally identifiable information that Pureform collects when you are on the Pureform site, and when you use Pureform's services. This policy also covers Pureform's treatment of any personally identifiable information that Pureform's business partner's share with Pureform or that Pureform may collect on a partner's site.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Pureform does not own or control, or to people that Pureform does not employ or manage.

Collection and Usage

• Information is collected when you register for a Pureform account, use certain Pureform products or services, and when you enter competitions or promotions. Pureform may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
• When you register with Pureform, we ask for your name and email address and at some stage perhaps other information such as personal interests. Survey information may also be collected. Once you register with Pureform and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Pureform receives and at times records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, and the page(s) you requested.
• Pureform may use any information in three ways: to customise the advertising and content you see on our pages, to fulfil your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Your Account: Edit Delete and Preference Settings

• You can edit your Pureform Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want Pureform to contact you about specials and new products.
• You may request deletion of your Pureform account by visiting our Account Deletion page, verifying your password once more and confirming your choice to terminate the account. Some information may remain in our server logs after this transaction.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Pureform will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
• Pureform will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
• We have your consent to share the information;
• We need to share your information in order to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies that work on behalf of Pureform to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
• We find that your actions on our web sites violate the Pureform Terms of Service - or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

Security

• Your Pureform Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
• In certain areas Pureform uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Cookies

• Pureform may set and access Pureform cookies on your computer.
• If other companies advertise on Pureform pages, Pureform allows those other companies to set and access their cookies on your computer. The way other companies use their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Pureform's cookies.

Privacy Policy Modifications

• Pureform may edit this policy from time to time. If any substantial changes are made, prominent announcement on our pages will be made.
